User data and system/network infrastructure are protected with login credentials and multi factor authentication (MFA) when using the Web UI.
To login, you’ll need your user credentials (username and password) and a email address linked to your account for receiving multi factor authentication codes from our system.
You can enable the “remember for 15d” checkbox to sign in from your current device without MFA for 15 days.
If you do not receive MFA codes, make sure a email address had been linked to your account and your email provider or spam filter does not block emails from mms.
If you forgot your password, you can use the “forgot password” link on the login page to receive a password reset URL. This will only work if there is a valid email address linked to your account.
If you are using file upload via SFTP protocol, you will also need to provide your source IP(s) during the account setup process. Up to ten (10) IP addresses per client may be whitelisted. Secure account credentials are provided as well. Users are responsible for protecting their user credentials and must notify mms if they suspect that credentials have been compromised.
For any concerns, contact our mms support team.
